Cos’è CheeL?

CheeL è una applicazione che permette di parlare GRATIS con tutti, in qualsiasi Paese ci si trovi e indistintamente dall’operatore utilizzato. Per saperne di più e scaricare l’App sul tuo smartphone, segui questo link.

CheeL (version IOS and Android) visualizes only contacts with a telephone number, so it may happen that the contact you are looking for provides only email or other information not compliant with CheeL.

Ricarica CheeL

Uninstalling the application and inserting a new telephone number when registering.

Once configured the application, to change telephone number follow these steps:

  • Uninstall the application;
  • Reinstall the application inserting the new number

Just install CheeL on your new smartphone and reinsert your telephone number. The application will be deactivated on the old device and enabled on the new one.

Check the Wi-Fi or 3G/4G connection.

  • There is no Wi-Fi or 3G/4G coverage.
  • You are calling a user who has no CheeL account and therefore you need to top up your credit.
  • You are calling a CheeL user who is at the moment unreachable through internet connection, in this case the application tries to contact the user through the GSM network and needs credit for CheeL (HERE the detailed tariffs).

Nella schermata dove è possibile inserire il codice di conferma – in basso – è presente un pulsante ‘Reinvia’. Questo riporterà alla schermata di inserimento del numero di telefono. Qui sarà possibile verificare se è stato inserito il numero corretto e richiedere un nuovo codice di conferma SMS.

Follow the standard procedure for the uninstallation of Android applications and proceed further with a new installation from Google Play Store.

All devices with the version 4.0 or following ones for Android are supported. The application is not available for tablets. In case of problems with a specific device, contact the support division.

For CheeL’s correct functioning it is necessary that users authorize the application to use some of the functions of the device – for instance the access to the phone book to show the list of contacts – and to be able to visualize them when calling. These permissions are fundamental in order to guarantee the correct functioning of the service.

for iOS

It is necessary to access to the phone book of the smart phone in order to show the contacts and identify who among them is using CheeL.

All devices iOS from version 6.0 and following one are supported, exception made for iPads. In case of problems with a specific device, contact the support division.
