Why can’t I make a call?

  • You are calling a user who has no CheeL account and therefore you need to top up your credit.
  • You are calling a CheeL user who is at the moment unreachable through internet connection, in this case the application tries to contact the user through the GSM network and needs credit for CheeL (HERE the detailed tariffs).
